The Concert Hall «Vitebsk» was built in 1988, the year of the I All-Union Festival of the Polish Song. Its total area is 15 000 sq.m. It is located in the Frunze Culture and Recreation Park, on the bank of the Vitba River.

Since 2007, the Concert Hall has been a structural unit of the Centre of Culture “Vitebsk“. The auditorium (big hall) has 1050 seats. The seating capacity of the round hall (dance hall) is 450, while the small hall can hold up to 250 people.

During the International Festival of Arts “Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk“ the Concert Hall has hosted concerts of pop singers, jazz musicians, opera divas, drama performances, ballet, folklore and circus groups, numerous shows and presentations.

The Concert Hall has provided its stage for the performances of the participants of the International Festival of Children Show Programmes and the International Children Music Contest “Vitebsk“.

The spacious foyers of the Concert Hall with natural lighting have been used for various thematic exhibitions and festivals of children creativity. More than once the Concert Hall has provided space for the republican exhibition-fair of trading companies and manufacturers «Small business in the festival Vitebsk».

The square in front of the Concert Hall “Vitebsk“ is the place of the fairs of masters of national crafts and trades. This year it will be the location of the souvenirs fair.
