Diploma holder of the International Pop Song Performers Contest “Vitebsk-2018”
Special Prize named after Vladimir Mulyavin for the best implementation of the national theme, high level of performing

Rebeca was born in Havana on 9 November, 1989.

Her singing career began in 2008 with performances at the Municipal House of Culture.

In 2010, she graduated from the Singing Academy Mariana de Gonitch under the guidance of Hugo Osle.

Rebeca went on to pursue her career professionally in 2010, becoming a singer in the group of the author-performer Raul Torres.

She performs solo parts in the concert programs of the artist Lucia Altieri, as well as at the events of Joanni Garcia’s company "Traditional dances of Cuba".

The young singer received prizes at the national competitions "Bolero" and "Festival del Danzon".

In 2013, she won the Grand Prix at the Mariana de Gonitch competition, and was given diplomas "Best Performer", "Radio and Television Prize", "Artistic Skill", "Best International Performer".

At the I Contest of the Russian song she was awarded a diploma "For the Best Interpretation in Russian" (2016).

Rebeca takes part in concerts by popular artists of Cuba and Venezuela.

At the qualifying round to represent Cuba at the International Pop Song Performers Contest "Vitebsk" within the International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" in 2014 Rebeca was the third, in 2015 and 2016 – the second , while in 2017 she was the first. In 2018, she won Grand Prix.
