Lavalina Sandip Nair was born in Dubai (UAE) on 8 September 2009.
At the age of four she began to study the Indian classical music. After a year of studies, she got interested in the Western music.
In 2014, she won the regional festival “NBF’s Got Talent East Vision”.
In 2014 and 2015, Lavalina was given a prize “For outstanding performance at the carnival “JSS International Academy” (Dubai).
In 2015, she began to study singing in the Russian music school (teacher: Marat Kauynbaev).
In 2016, she played the lead role in the musical “Sound of Music”, and came first at the national festival “Dubai Singing Sensation”.
In 2017, Lavalina won the International Festival-Contest of Arts “Kelen East Vision”, was given prizes for outstanding achievements in oratory and poetry writing.
In 2018, she performed Britney Spears’s song “Oops!… I Did It Again” at the blind auditions of the project “The Voice. Kids” (Russia), which was appreciated by all the judges. Then, as part of the trio, she presented the song “Yalla” by Romanian singer Inna. Lavalina’s videos on Youtube had millions of views and got into top “The Voice. Kids 5”.
After her success in “The Voice” she actively participates in other projects, radio and TV broadcasts.
Lavalina collaborates with famous singers, performs at various venues, sings at concerts and numerous events, including charity ones.
In 2018, she appeared in the show “Global Village”, was the winner of “Live &Kicking Junior”.
Lavalina is fond of playing the piano, Indian classical dance (Bharatanatyam) and performing arts.
