Dejana was born in Sarajevo on 16 September, 1989.

She began taking part in concert programs and song festivals at the age of nine.

Dejana graduated from the department of theory of the Central Music School in East Sarajevo, as well as the Academy of Music (East Sarajevo, solo singing, class of Sanja Ostic).

When a student, she entered numerous singing competitions and became a prizewinner of the international vocal contests "Bruna Spiler" (Herceg Novi, Montenegro, 2010), "Petar Konevich" (Belgrade, Serbia, 2011).

Dejana is the Grand Prix winner of the festival "On the Way to the South" (Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, 2017).

The young singer has numerous awards "for interpretation" at the festival "Student Summer "(Maglay, Bosnia and Herzegovina).

Dejana performed at the Day of the National Unity of Russia in the cultural center of Pale.

In 2014, her first solo concert took place in the city of Pale.

In 2015, she participated in the Christmas concert at the National Theatre in Sarajevo.

Dejana also performs duet with Professor D. Gazdic (voice and accordion). The compositions of the duet were released on "Duo Lagrimas" CD.

Her new album with the voice, piano, accordion compositions is scheduled for release in 2018.

In addition to music career, Dejana has experience of pedagogical work in music schools of Tuzla and Sarajevo.
