On the night of 13 July the Summer Amphitheatre presented the “Golden Hit” concert. Despite the cold weather, it was hot in the Amphitheatre, as it was impossible to sit still when the famous artists performed their hits from the stage. The audience were singing together with their favorite singers, dancing and answering the questions of the concert host Ilona Bronevitskaya.

The program began with the famous hit “Yasniy moi svet”(My bright light) by Tatiana Bulanova. In the 1990s, the song could be heard on TV or radio in every home. The audience met the singer with a standing ovation and immediately began to sing along with her. Tatiana’s bright yellow dress personified the bright light of the sun, which is so needed at “Slavianski Bazaar” this year.

Next on the stage was a frequent festival guest - quartet “Discomafia”. The group delighted the audience with the performance of a medley of songs by famous artists: Yuri Antonov, Igor Sklyar and many others.

“Slavianski Bazaar” first welcomed Ekaterina Semyonova, the Soviet and Russian pop singer, composer and actress. She performed a variety of compositions, ranging from dynamic to melancholic. The concert-goers were gripped by nostalgia listening to the song from the repertoire of the ensemble “Ariel”.

The special guest of the concert program was Jenny Berggren. The audience was electrified by her appearance on the stage and performance of the ever-living hit “Beautiful Life”!

Special love and support of the spectators went to Yadviga Poplavskaya. She sang a song dedicated to her husband Alexander Tikhanovich, who would have turned 67 on 13 July. The composition produced a lasting impression on everyone in the Amphitheater.

The group “Kombinatsiya” made the audience rise from their seats and dance to the beat of its song with the appetizing title “Dva kusocheka kolbaski” (Two slices of sausage). After the hit “Buhgalter” (Accountant) the soloist of the group wished all the listeners financial well-being.

The performance by the vocal and instrumental ensemble “Samotsvety” was a real extravaganza. The artists presented a catching medley of their own hits.

The star-studded lineup also included Alexander Oleshko, Alexander Solodukha, the Georgian singer Achi, the group “Na-Na” and others.
