The closing of the press center of the International Festival of Arts didn’t mean that the journalists accredited at “Slavianski Bazaar” would finish their work. Even during this event they were sending latest news to their agencies, taking interviews and photos. Some of them still had to write reports on the business trip to the festival Vitebsk.

This year's list of media representatives is quite impressive – over 500 people from 10 countries.

The forum’s director Alexander Sidorenko expressed his thanks to all news-writers and reporters who create the image of “Slavianski Bazaar” through their publications, suggesting the organizers ideas to make the forum better.

“There have been plenty of events and occasions for the journalists to cover. We are pleased that this year's festival has been broadcast in Ukraine. The festival news on “Inter Plus” channel has been watched by over 10.5 million people”, Alexander Sidorenko said.

He also informed that for the anniversary “Slavianski Bazaar” commemorative badges were produced and presented them to the members of the great team of media representatives.

The Board of Directors expressed its thanks for the professional information support and high-quality, comprehensive coverage of the festival events to the reporter of the newspaper “Obzor” Alexander Shakhov (Lithuania), reporter of the newspaper “Dnevnik Vojvodine Pres” Vladimir Djuričić (Serbia) and reporter of “” Internet portal Zhanna Sokolova.

Several representatives of the national mass media received Letters of Acknowledgement from the Minister of Information of the Republic of Belarus and Certificates of Merit.

The pool of awardees included the representation of the Interstate TV and Radio Company “Mir” in the Republic of Belarus, “Second National Channel”, “Stolichnoe TV” and leading reporter of Vitebsk city newspapers “Vitbichi” and “Vecherniy Vitebsk” Natalia Krupitsa.
