Janice MANGION

Janice Mangion was born on 27 February, 1989. She began her vocal studies aged twelve.

Her first public performance took place in 2007 at the TV talent show "L-Isfida".

For several years she was one of the members of the "Animae Gospel Choir".

In 2011, Janice participated with success in the vocal festivals-contests "L-Ghanja tal-Poplu", "Summer Hit-Contest" and in the national selections for "Eurovision".

During 2011 she took part in the TV show "Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza" and placed third in the final.

In 2013, she toured as a backing vocalist with Kevin Borg during his concert tour with the album "Needing You".

At the end of 2016 Janice Mangion qualified for the final of the national selections for "Eurovision" with the song "Kewkba" in Maltese and got second place.

Her favorite composition is the song "Prayer" performed by Marija Šerifović who won the "Eurovision-2007".
