Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus (2016)

Victoria Aleshko was born in Minsk on 4 May 1980.

Graduate of the pop music department (vocal class) of the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts, Victoria became a soloist of the vocal-instrumental ensemble “Verasy” under the People’s Artist of Belarus Vasily Rainchik at the age of 16.

The singer is a Grand Prix winner of the variety festival “Belaya Rus” (Minsk, Belarus, 1996), and the V Republican Festival of Belarusian Song and Poetry “Molodechno-98”.

Victoria Aleshko is a frequent participant of public events and TV projects, including the national socio-cultural action “For Independent Belarus”, the festival action “Arts Workers for Strong and Prosperous Belarus!”, the National Song Festival “At the Crossroads of Europe”, the International Festival “Golden Hit”, the Patriotic Song Festival “Memory”, the Republican Festival “Dozhinki”, and television projects “Two Stars on STS”, “The Song of the Year”.

Victoria Aleshko worked as a presenter of the National TV channel “Belarus 2”.

She is a soloist of the State Youth Variety Theatre.

Her discography includes a solo album “I'm Yours”.

Victoria Aleshko was awarded an Honorary Certificate of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus (2004). In 2000, at the International Contest of Young Performers “Vitebsk” she was given a Special FIDOF Award “For active participation in preparation and holding of cultural-mass events devoted to the 60th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from Nazi invaders”.

In 2013, she performed on stage of the Summer Amphitheatre in the gala concert of the Closing Ceremony of the XXII International Festival of Arts “Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk”.

In 2017, Victoria Aleshko is to participate in the gala concert and Award Ceremony for the winners of the XV International Children Music Contest “Vitebsk” (July 13, at 14.00, the Concert Hall “Vitebsk”), the gala concert “The Union State Invites...”, the jubilee concert by “Syabry” ensemble (14 July, at 22.00, the Summer Amphitheater).
